About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for users across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance in both French and English through chat and email.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns with clear, accurate information.
• Troubleshoot problems and document solutions in the support system.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with reliable work habits.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
