Financial Regulatory Reporting & Audit Expert

About the role

As our Financial Regulatory Reporting & Audit Expert, you’ll ensure financial rigour, regulatory excellence, and robust compliance frameworks across our Luxembourg entities. You will lead audit coordination, oversee regulatory reporting, and design control frameworks to support the group’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day relationship with co‑outsourced internal audit function and external auditors, from planning to delivery.
• Track audit findings, support remediation plans and keep senior management informed of progress.
• Run monthly analytical reviews of balance‑sheet and P&L for Luxembourg entities.
• Quality‑review annual accounts of Luxembourg Group companies (Lux GAAP).
• Own the full regulatory and legal filing schedule with the CSSF and other bodies, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Design and implement efficient controls around financial and regulatory reporting, continuously improving efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor CSSF circulars, AML/CFT developments and PSF regulatory changes, translating them into concrete actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of audit experience in a Big 4 or similar firm with a strong financial audit focus.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of CSSF circulars, PSF frameworks and AML/CFT requirements.
• Experience auditing or working within Support PSFs, E‑Money Institutions or Investment Firms.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
