About the role
We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a dynamic commercial company in Luxembourg. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, hybrid working options and the chance to influence financial decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and analyse financial performance, ensuring accurate cost control and insightful reporting.
- Prepare and manage budgeting processes, including detailed cost analysis to support business strategy.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective financial optimisation measures.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the organisation, contributing to informed and strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a controlling role within Luxembourg.
- Fluent in English and German; Luxembourgish is an asset.
- Strong organisational skills, independence and a proactive mindset.
- Team‑player who contributes to a positive working atmosphere.
