Document Reviewer (Remote)

About the role

This contract position supports the training of next‑generation AI systems by reviewing and annotating large volumes of data. Working remotely, you will ensure that the information fed to machine‑learning models is accurate, compliant, and free of sensitive personal data.

Key responsibilities

• Review structured and unstructured documents, checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag data‑quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential privacy risks.
• Annotate, classify, and redact Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to meet privacy standards.
• Follow detailed taxonomies, guidelines, and workflow processes for data categorisation.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to validate data integrity and output quality.
• Maintain thorough records of actions taken for traceability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and established taxonomies.
• Experience conducting QA or validation on large data sets.
• Self‑managed, efficient work style in a remote environment.
