Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager in Spire's Aviation business, you will guide customers to extract maximum value from our aviation data and analytics solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and achievement of business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of aviation customers post‑sale and manage the full lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless hand‑off from Sales.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as their primary strategic advisor.
• Drive product adoption and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Monitor customer health, identify risks early, and execute retention strategies.
• Partner with Sales on renewals, expansions, and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Gather feedback and translate market needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Technical Support and Engineering to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, success plans, and engagement activity in CRM systems.
• Track and report on retention, renewals, adoption, CSAT and NPS metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer‑facing role within a SaaS, data, or technology business.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or commercial customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities across time zones in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
