Customer Success Manager – Aviation Data Solutions

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager within Spire's Aviation business, you will guide customers to extract maximum value from our aviation data and analytics solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of aviation customers post‑sale and manage the full customer lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring a seamless hand‑off from Sales.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholder groups and serve as their primary strategic advisor.
• Drive product adoption, conduct regular business reviews, and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Monitor customer health, flag risks early, and execute retention strategies to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Maintain accurate records, success plans, and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Track and report on retention, renewal, adoption, CSAT, and NPS metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer‑facing role within a SaaS or data‑technology environment.
• Proven track record managing enterprise or commercial customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on growth opportunities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities across time zones.
