Coverage and Product Director – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

You will lead Lloyds Banking Group’s client business within the Luxembourg Branch, overseeing Corporate and Institutional Coverage portfolios for Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets. This senior, 12‑month fixed‑term position focuses on strengthening relationships, generating income, and ensuring robust risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture key Institutional and Financial Sponsor client relationships in line with the CIB corporate client strategy.
• Support the transition of existing Financial Sponsor clients to the new Luxembourg Branch.
• Drive execution of business plans to deepen client engagement and unlock commercial opportunities.
• Deliver tailored, complex solutions and act as primary Luxembourg interface for the Group.
• Participate in deal screening committees and collaborate with decision‑makers across LBCM jurisdictions.
• Promote the full suite of product and delivery offerings to enhance client value.
• Generate new business leads and contribute to the Group’s growth strategy.
• Collaborate with internal providers to ensure effective service delivery and risk management.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in corporate coverage, product, or delivery within a banking environment.
• Proven ability to manage high‑profile, complex client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on income generation and capital efficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative skills across multiple jurisdictions.
• Capability to coach and develop colleagues informally.
