Collection Manager – Consumer Credit

About the role

Satispay is building a consumer‑focused financial platform and needs a senior professional to lead its end‑to‑end collection strategy for consumer credit products. You will shape data‑driven, AI‑enhanced collection processes that balance recovery performance with a fair customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven collection strategies using advanced analytics and predictive models tailored to different risk profiles and product types.
• Develop AI‑powered collection approaches, including next‑best‑action logic, predictive contact strategies and intelligent account prioritisation.
• Personalise customer engagement by defining differentiated communication strategies, adapting tone, channel and timing based on behaviour.
• Own key collection KPIs (recovery rates, roll rates, cost‑to‑collect) and ensure initiatives are measurable and ROI‑positive.
• Guarantee service levels and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Finance, Product, Data, Legal and external collection agencies.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in collections within consumer lending (e.g., BNPL, unsecured/secured credit).
• Background in fintech, modern banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with the SEPA payment framework is a strong plus.
• Highly analytical mindset comfortable working with large datasets and segmentation models.
• Experience applying AI in collections such as predictive scoring or automated decisioning.
