Business Analyst (Graduate)

About the role

Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition team is seeking ambitious graduates to join its core consumer business as Business Analysts. You will work across operational, finance, retail and technical teams, gaining exposure to Amazon’s processes and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities by collaborating with cross‑functional teams and building robust business cases.
• Analyse large data sets using business intelligence tools and multiple data sources.
• Measure the impact of actions and continuously optimise business inputs and outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic insights into measurable results.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or graduate within the past 12 months.
• Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and efficient communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML (preferred).
