Account Manager Sales

About the role

REAZN Group, a leading recycling specialist for primary zinc alloys, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager Sales to join its Luxembourg office. You will work closely with teams across Europe and the UK, managing existing customer relationships and developing new market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on contract execution and supervise logistical operations.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting new ones.
• Coordinate between subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Belgium, and the UK.
• Travel regularly to customers and prospects.
• Report KPIs to management and manage sales forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Execute LME price‑fixations, calculate averages, and ensure alignment with currency‑hedging files.
• Monitor credit exposure and ensure sales comply with company policy.
• Double‑check and sign sales confirmations in ERP Navision.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, service‑oriented, and a team player.
• Relevant experience in a similar sales role, especially with LME and metal pricing.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• LME (London Metal Exchange) price‑fixation and average calculations.
• Knowledge of metal pricing and currency hedging/conversions.
• ERP Navision usage for sales confirmations.
• Sales forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Credit exposure monitoring.
