About the role
Join Arendt & Medernach’s HR team as a Talent Acquisition Intern and support the recruitment lifecycle for a leading independent business law firm. You will gain hands‑on experience in screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new talent across multiple offices.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate interest, motivation and suitability.
- Organise onsite and trial‑period interviews for candidates and trainees.
- Manage candidate applications, encoding data and following up on status.
- Maintain and update the recruitment management tool and related administrative records.
- Coordinate induction programmes for new joiners.
- Participate in cross‑functional HR projects and recruitment initiatives.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law or Social Sciences.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly reactive, rigorous, organised and adaptable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using Outlook for email and calendar management.
- Familiarity with databases for candidate tracking.
