HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator

About the role

Resultance Group is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator to support the employee journey across its Luxembourg entities. The role will act as a trusted partner for employees, managers and external providers, ensuring HR processes are executed with rigor, professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee administration throughout the lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, leave and record keeping.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, preparing welcome packs, equipment, access rights and handling departures.
• Lead the monthly payroll process for multiple entities, collecting inputs, liaising with external payroll providers, reviewing outputs and resolving discrepancies.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and maintain payroll documentation.
• Act as internal liaison for fleet administration, overseeing vehicle onboarding/off‑boarding and connecting employees with fleet providers.
• Assist HR reporting, audits and contribute to process improvements and harmonisation across entities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll coordination, preferably in Luxembourg.
• Strong organisational, administrative and confidentiality skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and comfortable working with figures.
• Proactive, reliable and service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Luxembourg HR administration practices.
• Experience working with payroll providers or fiduciaries.
• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish and/or German are assets.
