Warehouse Clerk – Logistics Support

About the role

The NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to support its logistics and warehousing operations. The role involves handling semi‑bulk and bulk items, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring compliance with agency procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of goods, including semi‑bulk and bulk items.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
• Follow NSPA transportation and warehousing procedures.
• Maintain accurate records using the agency’s enterprise software (SAP) where applicable.
• Assist with the handling of hazardous products when certified.

Required profile

• Complete secondary school or equivalent education.
• 1–2 years of experience in handling/warehousing, typically as a Junior Clerk.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Good health and physical ability to perform loading/unloading tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Category B driving licence.
• Operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Basic knowledge of SAP (enterprise software) – asset.
• Certified training in hazardous product handling – asset.
