Waiter / Waitress (M/F/X)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and dynamic Server to join our fast‑growing restaurant group in Luxembourg. You will be part of a team that serves more than 10 000 guests each week across nine venues, ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience. The role involves working on the floor of our vibrant restaurants, collaborating with chefs and bar staff to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and attend to guest requests.
• Set up tables before service and clear them afterwards.
• Maintain smooth flow of service throughout the shift.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and customer‑oriented.
• Good personal presentation and strong team spirit.
• Comfortable working in a dining area and interacting with guests.
• Motivation to learn; previous restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
