Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise‑scale virtual workplace solutions. You will work within a leading technology consulting company, collaborating with infrastructure, operations, and security teams to enable modern digital workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise VDI and Terminal Server environments.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and security.
• Package, test, and deploy applications using MSI and App‑V.
• Support Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Citrix ADC environments.
• Administer VMware Horizon, ESXi, and vCenter infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on modernization and digital workplace transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in VDI design, deployment, and support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1+).
