Tyvek Physical Lab Operator Shift (m/f/d)

About the role

DuPont is seeking a dedicated Lab Operator to work on a rotating shift schedule in its Tyvek production laboratories. The role involves conducting routine and development testing, maintaining equipment, and supporting quality investigations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all laboratory tests and routine tasks on shift and coordinate activities.
• Identify and communicate any quality deviations.
• Calibrate test and measurement equipment.
• Carry out independent maintenance and simple repairs on laboratory devices.
• Maintain and service laboratory equipment and systems.
• Test products under development.
• Participate in qualification of new measurement devices and testing methods.
• Review laboratory procedures and systems.
• Prepare shift and test reports.
• Assist investigations of customer complaints and product‑quality issues.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship (DAP, journeyman or comparable).
• Technical background in chemistry, electricity or mechanics is advantageous.
• Fluency in Luxembourgish and German; French and English are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong safety awareness and exemplary responsibility.
• Organizational and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work a 4‑shift system.
