Trust Fund Technician

About the role

The Trust Fund Technician provides essential support for project assurance and financial administration within a multi‑functional defence organisation. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate planning, reporting and compliance with NATO standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support project assurance activities, particularly from a defence perspective.
• Prepare and maintain administrative and financial documentation, including reports and plans.
• Analyse work requirements and track task progress.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Secondary education plus at least five years of relevant post‑related experience, or equivalent higher education with comparable experience.
• Proven experience in project support, administration, planning and reporting, typically gained as a Junior Technician.
• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑functional, multicultural environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
