Transportation Network Design Program Manager

About the role

Amazon is looking for a Transportation Network Design Program Manager to join its EU Network Design Programs team. The role can be based in Luxembourg or London and focuses on linking upstream design with downstream implementation across the full transportation network, from fulfillment centers to final‑mile carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief cross‑functional teams on requirements.
• Set measurable milestones and continuous goals for ongoing programs.
• Collect, analyse and interpret data to drive decisions and provide business insights.
• Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, launch new initiatives and improve existing programmes.
• Document standards, ensure compliance and manage internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience in program or project management and process improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• SQL for data extraction and analysis.
