Transportation Manager – Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA)

About the role

Amazon’s EU Transportation team is seeking a hands‑on Transportation Manager to own Delivery Estimate Accuracy (DEA) for a specific European region or country. You will set strategic vision, drive cross‑regional synergies and lead end‑to‑end initiatives that balance speed, cost, carbon and capacity while improving DEA performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for DEA management in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with worldwide senior leaders to share best practices and ensure global parity.
• Identify recurring patterns and root causes of DEA misses and implement long‑term structural improvements.
• Partner with technology leaders to shape product road‑maps, system settings and reporting features.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that improve DEA while managing trade‑offs with speed, cost, carbon and capacity.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain operations.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
