Terminal Operations Assistant

About the role

The Terminal Operations Assistant supports passenger flow at Luxembourg Airport’s terminal and access points such as parking areas and drop‑off zones. Reporting to the Terminal Operations Supervisor, you will ensure clear communication, professional assistance and smooth handling of passenger journeys while upholding lux‑airport’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, inform and guide passengers on airport services including check‑in, security checks, boarding gates and connections.
• Assist passengers requiring special help, including those with hidden disabilities, in line with the company’s inclusion policy.
• Manage passenger flow at parking, drop‑off and entry/exit points to minimise congestion.
• Provide accurate, timely information and resolve queries to enhance the overall passenger experience.
• Collaborate with security, ground handling and airline teams to coordinate operations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
