Technical Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing both inbound and outbound integrations that connect our HR systems with external applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integration solutions using OIC, including the use of connectivity agents.
• Implement and maintain integrations for Oracle HCM Core HR modules.
• Utilize REST and SOAP web services to enable seamless data exchange.
• Manage data loads and migrations using Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Develop user‑friendly applications with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Support reporting and analytics through BI Publisher, OTBI, and HCM extracts.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Core HR data structures.
• Proven ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM technical configurations such as fast formulas.
