Sales Automation & Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated recent university graduate to join our Private Label division in Luxembourg. The role focuses on optimizing and automating B2B business processes and providing support to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities across sales, reporting, CRM and other B2B workflows.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into Copilot use cases.
• Develop, test and deploy Copilot agents tailored to internal processes.
• Train internal teams on Copilot usage and best practices.
• Monitor agent performance and continuously improve them using feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Computer Science or Data Science.
• First experience with generative AI projects, Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio, Python or low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to understand B2B processes and spot automation opportunities.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
