Technical Solutions Architect – Investment Software

About the role

Join a fast‑growing global fintech as a Technical Solutions Architect focused on investment software. You will act as the technical engine of the sales cycle, collaborating with sales, product, and professional services teams to design and present solutions for asset managers and servicers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery meetings to understand client environments, security, and regulatory constraints.
• Translate client requirements into solution designs, architecture diagrams, integration approaches, and high‑quality proposals.
• Present the platform in a business‑oriented manner and explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Build trusted relationships with client IT, architecture, security, and business teams.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales colleagues to define winning deal strategies.
• Prepare technical sections of proposals and tender documents.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product capabilities, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Channel client feedback to product management and influence the roadmap.
• Work with services teams to ensure smooth hand‑over to implementation.
• Own and maintain demo environments, including scripts, data sets, custom integrations, and reporting scenarios.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex IT environments, preferably within the fund industry or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS concepts and ability to discuss them with client technology teams.
• Solid background in system integration, APIs, or solution architecture; exposure to investment accounting is a plus.
