Technical Project Manager – Security & Identity Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of secure digital solutions focused on encryption, identity management, and strong authentication mechanisms. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure projects meet regulatory, security, and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects related to security, encryption, and authentication platforms.
• Coordinate developers, security experts, architects, and external partners.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and manage budget and quality.
• Oversee integration of authentication solutions such as MFA, PKI‑based systems, and digital certificates.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., eIDAS, ISO 27001).
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity and data‑protection risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and technical governance.
• Support pre‑sales activities with solution design and effort estimation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably in security or identity domains.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (financial services, government, trust services).
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Leadership, analytical mindset and proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• PKI, key management, cryptographic protocols.
• MFA, SSO, OAuth, digital certificates.
• Secure system architecture and integration patterns.
• Agile, Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.
• Cloud environments and secure APIs.
• Familiarity with eIDAS, ISO 27001 frameworks.
