Technical Program Manager – Satellite Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join a leading satellite operator’s new programme team in Luxembourg. The role sits at the crossroads of engineering, programme delivery and stakeholder management, working directly with senior leadership to drive the successful delivery of next‑generation space infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple satellite projects to keep schedules on track.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring critical deliverables are met.
• Manage priorities, timelines and resources in collaboration with technical and programme teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and senior programme leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the satellite or broader space sector.
• Background in Technical Programme Management, Project Management, Systems Engineering or a similar coordination role.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and communication abilities.
• Legal right to work in Europe or willingness to relocate to Luxembourg.
