Technical Pricing Officer (Discount & Pricing)

About the role

Ayvens, a leader in operational leasing in Luxembourg, Europe and worldwide, is looking for a Technical Pricing Officer in Strassen. Reporting to the Pricing Supervisor, you will support the Sales and Pricing departments by keeping the vehicles database and customer discounts, bonuses and promotional actions correctly integrated in the back-office system. The position is permanent, full-time (40h) Monday to Friday, with immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the vehicles database and pricing parameters up to date
• Prepare weekly technical committees covering benchmarks, analysis of similar vehicles and used-car sales analysis
• Manage discounts proactively (standard, volume rebates, temporary actions and special deals)
• Gather information from several channels to regularly update discounts
• Maintain close contact with car manufacturers and other data providers to obtain missing data
• Ensure commercial actions are correctly encoded in the back-office and on websites
• Answer sales requests quickly with the applicable discounts per vehicle and customer, and the status of updates
• Support and debug quotes for internal sales consultants and provide internal discount-management reports to sales teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Very good knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
• IT-oriented and logical-analytical mindset with attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work independently, respecting priorities and deadlines
• Commercial awareness, customer orientation and strong oral and written communication skills
• Good spoken and written Dutch, French and English

Required skills

• Strong ability to manage data in Excel
• Quick mastery of new tools
