Senior Manager, Data & AI Solutions Consulting

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Manager for its Data & AI Solutions consulting practice in Luxembourg. The role suits professionals passionate about AI and digital transformation who can drive commercial growth and deliver impactful solutions to major clients, in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in EY's AI initiatives and network, bringing thought leadership to the Luxembourg practice and staying current through the global AI network.
• Analyze client needs, lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify and prioritise business challenges and AI use cases.
• Prepare business cases covering ROI, benefits, costs and payback periods, and review current processes for AI-driven improvement.
• Build relationships with C-level executives (CDO, CIO, COO) across major accounts to drive sales and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate pre-sales with Solution Architects, supervise RFP/RFI responses and position AI consulting, implementation and support offerings.
• Support team development, maintain and expand the AI use case library, and oversee PoCs, pilots and projects.
• Help improve service offerings and commercial assets, and support partnerships with AI product companies, including co-selling and deal registration.

Required profile

• 6-8+ years of business development experience in IT consulting, professional services or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record in AI sales and delivery across organisations of varying sizes.
• Master's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory); German is an asset.
• Deep knowledge of the Luxembourg and Greater Region market, including banking, insurance, investment funds and PSF sectors.

Required skills

• Business case development, including ROI, TCO and operational impact assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies: Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure ML.
• Workshop facilitation, executive-level communication and presentation, and Lean/Six Sigma experience.
