Technical Application Specialist Senior

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Application Specialist to join a key client in Luxembourg. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations within the Oracle ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and high‑quality solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.

Key responsibilities

• Address complex technical issues, propose solutions and work‑arounds.
• Design, develop, and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters, orchestration flows, and mappings.
• Enhance and customize pages with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
• Resolve data‑quality problems using Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Maintain integration documentation and support ongoing operational stability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Proven ability to create and maintain integrations from scratch.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR modules and data structures.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services and OIC connectivity agents.
• Prior work with Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
