About the role
We are looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support our Equity Capital Markets team. You will work closely with the Managing Director and senior professionals, providing day‑to‑day administrative and organisational assistance in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements, including expense reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling correspondence professionally.
- Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations and reports to a high standard.
- Support the planning and logistics of investor meetings, roadshows and team events.
- Maintain and update contact databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with Legal, Finance and Compliance on administrative matters.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and provide general team support as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or team‑support role, preferably within financial services, real estate or professional services.
- Excellent organisational abilities with strong multitasking skills.
- Professional communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of discretion, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Valid Luxembourg work permit.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools
