Tax Manager – Commerce & Industry

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join KPMG’s Commerce & Industry team in Luxembourg. The role combines tax advisory, compliance and project work for a portfolio of national and international clients, helping them navigate corporate tax matters and drive value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a portfolio of national and international clients, delivering tax advice and compliance services.
• Participate in diversified projects for commercial and industrial clients, providing modern tax solutions.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and coordinate with subject‑matter specialists.
• Build and sustain strong international relationships with colleagues across KPMG’s global network.
• Oversee and coach junior team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and adherence to KPMG best practices.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of relevant tax experience.
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax legislation and/or international corporate tax, including Pillar Two.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Commitment to sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
• Fluent English; French or German is an asset.
