Talent & Learning Internship – Luxembourg HQ

About the role

Join Ferrero’s Talent & Learning team at the Luxembourg headquarters as an intern and discover how employee growth is supported through learning. You will work with development data, turn insights into clear stories, and see the impact of learning on skills and careers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse Individual Development Plan updates, translating employee data into simple insights.
• Identify patterns and trends to help understand skill gaps and inform future training priorities.
• Support reporting on employee progression, high‑potential talent growth, and career evolution.
• Assist in organising local training sessions, coordinating schedules, communications and logistics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an educational institution or able to start the internship within 12 months after your last enrolment.
• EU citizenship or a valid Luxembourg work permit valid until at least February 2027.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex topics, build logical stories and incorporate feedback.
