Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The client, a leading international industrial company, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations at its site near Differdange, Luxembourg. Reporting to the Plant Manager with a dotted line to the European Supply Chain Director, you will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multifunctional teams covering production planning, master data, local procurement, logistics, warehousing, assembly‑to‑order and distribution.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as OTIF, MAPE, DIO and logistics costs.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, sales and international teams to ensure optimal service levels.
• Drive the S&OP process, enhance forecast accuracy and manage inventory throughout seasonal cycles.
• Oversee efficient e‑commerce operations and lead major transformation projects, including an automatic distribution centre retrofit.
• Support process enhancements, technology upgrades and contribute to budgeting and cost‑forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain roles with strong logistics, warehousing, planning, procurement and inventory management background.
• Experience in FMCG, B2B, industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
