Supply Chain Intern (Start Sep 2026)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Intern to join Jetfly’s ground operations team in Luxembourg starting September 2026. The role supports day‑to‑day supply chain activities for our private aviation fleet, helping to keep aircraft stocked, clean and ready for flight.

Key responsibilities

• Support the use of Odoo for product purchasing, stock management and aircraft cleaning tracking.
• Assist in daily execution and improvement of purchasing workflow and stock reception processes.
• Prepare purchasing and inventory reports to aid cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to supplier sourcing and identify cost‑effective purchasing opportunities.
• Track supply‑chain KPIs and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Work on the supplier evaluation system, including archiving, data handling, forms and reporting.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university or master’s programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and curious mindset.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI (optional).
• Experience with Odoo (optional).
