Strategy & Financial Services Manager (Luxembourg)

About the role

PWC Luxembourg is seeking a Manager for its Strategy& Financial Services practice. You will work with high‑profile clients across asset management, wealth management, private banking, fintech and alternative investment sectors, helping them shape and execute complex strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the growth and go‑to‑market strategy of the practice through targeted business development in the financial services industry.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of clients across asset & wealth management, private banking and related sectors.
• Lead the delivery of strategy engagements, overseeing project teams and ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders to provide strategic advice, shape strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• An MBA from a top‑tier university with strong academic performance, preferably with a finance, strategy or management focus.
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a background in strategy consulting.
• Proven experience in translating strategy into execution within asset management, wealth management, private equity, fintech or banking.
• Deep understanding of financial‑services challenges and experience on large‑scale strategy projects such as strategic reviews, commercial due diligence, market entry and product strategy.
