Strategic Sales Manager – Space & Defence

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our growth across the space and defence ecosystem. Based in Luxembourg, the role will cover Europe, APAC and support North America, engaging with prime contractors and emerging commercial space players.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end revenue generation and pipeline development across assigned geographies.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies in a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with prime contractors and commercial space companies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the space, defence or high‑tech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑regional accounts.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the aerospace and defence markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
