Statutory and Tax Reporting Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Statutory EMEA Senior Finance Manager, the Statutory and Tax Reporting Specialist will support the preparation, coordination, and review of statutory financial reporting and tax compliance across the EMEA region. This role works closely with internal finance teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate local tax provisions for the Statutory Team.
• Assist external providers in preparing corporate income tax returns and other local filing obligations such as VAT and withholding taxes.
• Coordinate and participate in corporate income tax (CIT) calculations for selected EMEA jurisdictions.
• Review transfer pricing documentation to ensure alignment with statutory financial statements and tax positions.
• Support the Tax team during tax audits and respond to inquiries.

Required profile

• Certification in accounting, tax, or law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax reporting, or a related finance role.
• Solid working knowledge of local GAAP in at least one EMEA jurisdiction.
• Understanding of deferred taxes and European tax rules relevant to reporting and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work effectively in a team environment.
