Solution Architect - AI

About the role

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and integrate advanced artificial intelligence solutions within a complex banking environment in Luxembourg. The role combines deep technical expertise in generative AI with strong business acumen to translate stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI architectures that incorporate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and Agentic AI models.
• Define integration patterns between applications, data platforms, AI models and intelligent agents.
• Collaborate with business, Data/AI and IT teams to deliver AI‑driven initiatives.
• Support deployment and industrialisation of AI use cases while ensuring compliance with security, governance and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical guidance and stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in solution architecture, data or information systems.
• Proven experience integrating AI solutions in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI.
• APIs, microservices, Kubernetes.
• Cloud‑based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
