SICAV Product Assistant Manager / Manager

About the role

The position supports the governance and development of the Bank’s SICAV platform within its Asset Management business line. Based in Luxembourg, the role works closely with the Fund’s Board of Directors, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and drive future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Fund’s Board of Directors.
• Act as liaison between the Bank and key fund stakeholders (management company, central administrator, portfolio manager, lawyers).
• Ensure smooth coordination across external partners.
• Assist in the daily operational life of the SICAV (governance, reporting, processes, documentation).
• Work with stakeholders to optimise processes, operations and communication.
• Meet expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle requests and queries from internal partners and external parties.
• Help coordinate efficient resolution of issues.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of the existing SICAV platform.
• Assist the Head of Department in business development projects and initiatives.
• Track regulatory changes impacting UCITS governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business management or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in asset management, banking or a Big 4 environment.
• Good understanding of the Luxembourg investment‑fund landscape and UCITS regulations.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a regulated setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese or French a plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
