Business Analyst, Associate – Luxembourg

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the day‑to‑day operations of Nuveen Asset Management Europe S.à r.l. in Luxembourg and help coordinate international projects led by the Authorised Manager for Operations and Business Management.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily running of the Luxembourg entity and monitor branch activities across Europe from an operational perspective.
• Oversee distribution activities, ensure MiFID obligations are met and report quarterly to the regulator.
• Assist with financial reporting, internal, regulatory and statutory filings, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc strategy, operations or regulatory projects and contribute to project planning, goal setting and issue resolution.
• Prepare director‑level presentations, dashboards and perform gap analyses and impact assessments.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the investment fund industry or related consulting/audit roles.
• Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills with fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and able to work well within a team.
