About the role
Synechron is seeking an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to support functional analysis, business requirements and platform enhancements within a Capital Markets environment in Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Analyse Calypso functionalities, workflows and configuration requirements, conduct impact assessments and contribute to solution design.
- Coordinate with technical teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders, supporting functional testing, UAT and issue resolution.
- Contribute to Calypso enhancements and process improvements.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst.
- Strong functional knowledge of Nasdaq Calypso and understanding of Capital Markets products (FX, Securities, Money Markets, Derivatives).
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional specifications and testing.
Required skills
- Calypso (Nasdaq Calypso) functional expertise.
- SQL knowledge.
- Unix/Linux knowledge (nice to have).
- Agile delivery experience (nice to have).
