Senior/Intermediate Project Manager – Lending Value Chain

About the role

We are seeking a Senior or Intermediate Project Manager to lead and support projects within the lending value chain for a financial services environment in Luxembourg. The role is contract‑based, on‑site, and focuses on governance, risk monitoring and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Drive governance, risk monitoring and stakeholder coordination across the lending value chain.
• Manage budget, capacity and demand, ensuring projects stay within financial targets.
• Maintain project roadmaps, catalogues and decision logs.
• Provide change management, reporting and workshop support.
• Senior role: lead value‑chain committees and ensure strategic alignment.
• Intermediate role: support governance, quality controls and deliver team training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lending value chain or financial services project management.
• Strong skills in governance, risk monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage budgets, capacity and demand.
• Experience maintaining project documentation such as roadmaps and decision logs.
• European nationality or a valid Luxembourg work permit.
• Senior candidates: senior‑level PM experience leading strategic committees.
• Intermediate candidates: solid PM experience supporting governance and quality controls.
