Senior Tax Manager – Career Growth & Flexibility

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join a well‑established fiduciary in Mamer. The position offers strong career growth, a flexible working environment, and the chance to work with international clients across private equity, real estate, and private debt funds.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diversified portfolio of private equity, real estate, and private debt investment funds.
• Prepare and review tax returns, tax reports, and VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day‑to‑day tax support and practical advice.
• Analyse and validate tax assessments, performing review and oversight duties.
• Collaborate closely with tax lawyers, external advisors, and service providers.
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure smooth execution of tax and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Luxembourg‑based tax role, preferably within a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four environment.
• Strong command of English; French is an advantage for interactions with local authorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
