About the role
As a Senior Strategic Project Manager in the Office of the CEO, you will drive execution of the company’s most critical cross‑functional initiatives. You will act as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and operational, regulatory, product and business teams across our Luxembourg and Milan hubs.
Key responsibilities
- Solve complex business challenges by developing data‑backed, user‑first solutions.
- Manage relationships with C‑level stakeholders and act as a thought partner for leadership.
- Influence major decisions through in‑depth analysis and integrate diverse perspectives into coherent strategies.
- Develop and introduce new methodologies, best practices or frameworks to ensure a consistent user‑first approach.
- Champion regulatory and supervisory requirements in project roadmap design, partnering closely with Legal, Compliance and Risk.
- Establish governance, track milestones across offices, remove bottlenecks and provide data‑driven reporting to executives.
- Lead on‑ground project execution in Luxembourg, aligning financial institution governance with group‑wide strategy and product velocity.
Required profile
- 6–7 years of hands‑on experience in a regulated environment, preferably in high‑growth fintech, scale‑ups, EMI or banking.
- Deep familiarity with compliance, legal and regulatory matters (PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, GDPR).
- Proven track record managing complex, end‑to‑end multi‑stakeholder initiatives using structured project‑management frameworks.
- High‑level understanding of fintech and EMI licensing dynamics in Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and align priorities across distributed international offices.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to translate technical and regulatory concepts into clear narratives.
- Willingness to be based in Luxembourg with frequent travel to Milan.
- Fluent English; Italian is a strong asset.
