Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energies, you will lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of strategic renewable energy projects. You will operate in an international, innovative environment, helping to expand the company’s renewable portfolio and support Luxembourg’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Drive projects from early‑stage development through permitting, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to secure best‑value agreements while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget and timeline objectives.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with regulatory authorities, contractors, suppliers and local communities.
• Collaborate with business controllers to build robust business cases and assess CAPEX/OPEX.
• Provide clear project updates to partners and leadership, and hand over completed installations to asset management.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into project development.
• Represent the company on project entity boards to safeguard long‑term asset performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in renewable energy.
• Ability to balance commercial, technical and stakeholder priorities across a project portfolio.
• Resourceful, self‑driven and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in French, German and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
