Senior Project Manager – Quantal & Hermes

About the role

MTM Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both business and IT initiatives using the Quantal methodology. Based in Luxembourg, you will work with clients across the funds, fintech, and health sectors, ensuring projects deliver measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, resource, and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery.
• Oversee IT and business process enhancements, driving efficiency and tangible results.
• Maintain clear communication with project teams, executive sponsors, and all stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and challenge scope or priorities when necessary.
• Report progress through dashboards and executive presentations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or coordination, bridging IT and business functions.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and French with a valid Luxembourg work permit.

Required skills

• Experience with structured project‑management methodologies such as Prince2, PMP, Agile, Hermes, and Quantal.
