Senior Project Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager on a part‑time basis to join the Cronos Europa team within a European financial institution. The role operates in a highly regulated, international environment and supports strategic transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Report on Value Chain visions, including business vision, digital storylines, and the overall digital roadmap.
• Monitor risks and issues proactively, ensuring early identification and mitigation.
• Organise and prepare Value Chain Committee (VCC) meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Coordinate documentation and approvals with VCC members and maintain action and decision logs on platforms such as MS Teams and VC Smartsite.
• Facilitate updates to VCC Terms of Reference and manage capacity and budget requests in collaboration with budget officers and DTO PMOs.
• Support resource planning, budget utilisation monitoring, and maintain the VC Projects Catalogue and Roadmap.
• Perform quality controls on the demand management pipeline and provide requirements for the Demand Management Tool.
• Compile and publish reporting insights on the Value Chain status and assist in workshop organisation and material production.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, portfolio reporting, and KPI tracking.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies within complex organisations.
• Familiarity with budget management processes and capacity planning.
