Senior Project Manager

About the role

Quento Technologies, the ICT arm of the Qualco Group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale transformation and ERP programmes. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation of new processes, systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders proactively and prepare them for new processes, functionalities and systems.
• Support business change management through impact assessments, communication material, training coordination and operational updates.
• Update existing operational procedures and create new ones when required.
• Deliver trainings on system, process or procedural changes.
• Coordinate go‑live activities, act as the point of contact for post‑implementation incidents.
• Maintain a forward‑looking pipeline, identifying dependencies, risks and priorities early.
• Provide timely sign‑offs, sprint inputs and ensure requirements are documented and refined continuously.
• Support transition activities between external banking service providers and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist product owners in identifying business risk areas and control gaps throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of programme management and governance principles.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale transformation or ERP programmes (PMO role).
• Experience planning, coordinating and tracking complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing programme governance structures such as Steering Committees, reporting cycles and decision frameworks.
• Experience supporting procurement and implementation phases of large programmes.
