Senior Project Manager – ERP Transformation (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ERP transformation programmes on a B2B contract basis. The role is fully onsite in Luxembourg and will run from 22 June 2026 to 30 July 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track large‑scale ERP or transformation programmes across multiple streams and stakeholders.
• Establish and operate programme governance structures such as Steering Committees, reporting cycles and decision frameworks.
• Support procurement and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with business, IT and vendor requirements.
• Maintain programme documentation, status reporting and risk‑issue management.
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams and external vendors.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years (typically 8‑10+ years) of PMO or programme management experience in large‑scale transformation or ERP projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience establishing governance structures and supporting procurement/implementation phases.
• European nationality or a valid Luxembourg work permit.
