Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel, a global leader in logistics, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join its Integrated Logistics team in Wroclaw. You will drive strategic transport procurement for key global customers, focusing on multimodal solutions and supplier management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end RFQ and tender processes for strategic customers across multiple markets.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for logistics service providers and transport partners.
• Conduct negotiations, contract discussions, rate reviews and strategic procurement evaluations.
• Analyse transport markets, supplier capabilities and operational constraints to identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives and continuous‑improvement projects across Integrated Logistics.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, documentation and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or transport procurement, preferably with road transport exposure.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing tenders, RFQs and multimodal transport solutions.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English.

• Experience with digital procurement tools and logistics systems (explicit tools not specified).
