Senior Manager – Valuation Services, Derivatives & Structured Products

About the role

Join PwC’s fast‑growing Valuation Services practice as a Senior Manager, leading valuation analysis for a broad range of derivatives, structured products and illiquid financial instruments. You will ensure technical accuracy, IFRS compliance and deliver high‑quality insights to top private and public clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee valuation reviews across complex derivatives and structured products.
• Act as the primary liaison for audit teams and clients, ensuring regulatory compliance (IFRS 9, IFRS 13, IFRS 7).
• Manage, coach and develop a team of valuation professionals.
• Contribute to business development and client acquisition initiatives.
• Enhance valuation methodologies and develop new tools and platforms.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in valuation of derivatives, structured products or illiquid instruments, preferably from a Big 4, asset‑management or financial‑institution environment.
• Master’s degree in finance, financial engineering, mathematics applied to finance or a leading business school.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong project‑management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards related to valuation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg.
• Proficiency with Refinitiv.
• Proficiency with Super Deriva (valuation tool).
